Greetings! Thanks for investigating my portfolio. I live on Vashon Island outside of Seattle and am available for contract work while looking for a full time position with the right team.
I spent 2017-2022 at Vashon Center for the Arts – first as Marketing Director and then as Production & Operations Director. I defined the marketing plan, managed the marketing budget, and executed all facets of marketing for classes, performances, exhibits, institutional marketing, and annual events. I also designed and maintained the VCA website and ticketing portal.
Prior to VCA I spent 10 years working in the tech industry, starting with my time at Microsoft where I worked directly with Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer as their presentation designer. I have since supported numerous technology companies with Executive Presentation support. You can read my “Four Tips for Creating Great Presentations” on LinkedIn.
I left Microsoft to join the big data analytics company, Atigeo where I managed the design and creation of everything from the company web sites, to trade show booths, presentations, print collateral, sales demos and videos.
My career started as an Interactive Designer at a small ad agency in Boston and includes a few stints as an independent contractor. You can view my resume here.
